Salt Lake Area Pre-Academy Information

The Salt Lake area Pre-Academy is thrilled for the 2026-2027 Season and will deliver training sessions to hundreds of new players for the upcoming season. Our proven Pre-Academy and player development program offers a unique opportunity that will inspire young players and enhance their love for the game in a fun, dynamic and supportive environment. Key areas include ball mastery, athletic development and one on one domination, with an emphasis on creating a lifelong love of soccer. Our coaches are USSF and UEFA qualified.

For the 2026-2027 season, the SLC area Pre-Academy will align players into their respective age brackets with skill level and gender considered when possible.

2026-2027 Season Pre-Academy Age Brackets:

U5: Pre K: Aug 1 2021 – July 31 2022
U6: Kinder: Aug 1 2020 – July 31 2021
U7: 1st Grade: Aug 1 2019 – July 31 2020
U8: 2nd Grade: Aug 1 2018 – July 31 2019

Training sessions take place at our Indoor Facility in West Jordan with each training session being 1 hour.

SLC U5 & U6

U5: Pre K: Aug 1 2021 – July 31 2022
U6: Kinder: Aug 1 2020 – July 31 2021

  • Program Cost
      • $235 for the 2026-2027 Season
        • Four 7-week training cycles: about 28 one-hour training sessions total
        • Adidas Pre-Academy training kit is required & includes a jersey, shorts & pair of socks for a one-time fee of $40, if needed
          • As the season progresses and our cycles conclude, registration will remain open, pending  available space, and fees will be adjusted.
  • Season Format
    • Four 7-week training cycles spanning Aug – May
      • One training session per week (Mon 4:30-5:30pm)
        • Summer: August – October
        • Fall: October – November
        • Mid-Season Break: December – Mid-January
        • Winter: January – March
          • Pre-Academy Jamboree: Optional (Feb 2027)
        • Spring: March – May

SLC U7 & U8

U7: 1st Grade: Aug 1 2019 – July 31 2020
U8: 2nd Grade: Aug 1 2018 – July 31 2019

  • Program Cost
    • $470 for the 2026-2027 Season
      • Four 7-week training cycles: about 56 one-hour training sessions total
      • Adidas Pre-Academy training kit is required & includes a jersey, shorts & pair of socks for a one-time fee of $40, if needed
        • As the season progresses and our cycles conclude, registration will remain open, pending  available space, and fees will be adjusted.

    • Four 7-week training cycles spanning Aug – May
      • Two training session per week (Mon & Tues 4:30-5:30pm )
